Continuous TRACEABILITY Of Products, Parts And Batches
The Traceability solution of IBS AG helps customers to retrace assembly time, place, products, conditions (in-house or external) and place of delivery of components. In addition it gives a review of which raw materials from which deliveries were used in production, which machine was used by whom and when and who made the control with which quality data.
In addition Traceability acquires all material movements and enables continuous retracing of all production batches from the production plant to the intermediate storage. Final products receive for example an identification barcode that contains all relevant production and customer information - including production plant, date, shift, batch or material and pattern no.
The IBS solutions fit smoothly into the existing IT infrastructure. It is possible to integrate easily any number of suppliers, manufacturers, dealers or customers as well as hardware components and customer systems.
